Year 7 Transition Day 2026

It is with great delight that we, the staff, students and community of Gingin DHS, welcome the secondary student cohort of 2025 and their families. Gingin DHS prides itself on the students developing the skills to support them in meeting our school’s ethos of ‘Creating a positive, uplifting community where students succeed’.

Secondary students at Gingin DHS will continue to build on skills and strategies to help them develop into independent life learners. The staff focus on organisational strategies that best suit the individual, foster collaboration through explicitly teaching cooperative learning strategies, and encourage a mature approach to adolescent issues by empowering students to respect the mediation process and be accountable for their own actions. Gingin DHS promotes 4 core values (CRTR Values) Care, Respect, Try, and Responsible.
