Scitech Excursion

This excursion will offer extra-curricular opportunities for our gifted and talented students to work collaboratively to solve challenging real world problems. 

Future Makers (secondary) showcases how STEM skills can lead to exciting and meaningful careers, inspiring students to see themselves as the next generation of skilled professionals, innovators and problem-solvers.

Mystery Hunters (primary) is an exploration of the wonders of magnetic fields and students will discover the relationship between electricity and magnetism. Through engaging demonstrations and inquiry-based experiments, students will use the scientific process to create a powerful electromagnet.

All students will also visit the planetarium and have some free time to explore and enjoy the exhibits at Scitech. Details included here are visible to students and parents (via the parent portal or online consent form). School can add detail here or can be left blank for staff to add detail of excursion.
