Gingin District High School is a caring school providing a rigorous education for all students in a supportive rural environment. The school takes pride in our Kindergarten to Year 10 programs, nurturing our students throughout their school life. There are currently about 420 students enrolled at the school, including approximately 120 secondary students.

Gingin District High School services a large geographical area. The catchment area includes the localities of Lancelin, Regan's Ford, Bindoon, Wannamal, Muchea and Guilderton. School buses are well maintained and supervised. Your family may be eligible for transport assistance for school buses.

The school has a very supportive community, including support from local businesses and the Shire Council. The school is viewed as crucial in providing opportunities for the young people to gain access to further studies, training, employment and an enjoyable and productive life. Our Parents and Citizens' Association works constantly with the school to improve school programs and the school environment.

Our administration team includes the Principal, the Associate Principal, Deputy Principal Senior Schooling, Deputy Principal Middle Schooling, and Deputy Principal Early Childhood, as well as our Business Manager.

The Shire of Gingin, P & C, local churches and the community assist in funding the Chaplaincy program at the school. The school has well-developed links with these groups participating in a number of shared educational programs.
